Bucket Listers, Inc. updated and effective as of January 29, 2026. These Terms govern your use of Bucket Listers, Inc.’s websites including bucketlisters.com (the “Site”) and use of any Bucket Lister’s tickets, products, or services.

  • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Company. You: (1) acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms; (2) represent that you are 18 years of age or older; and (3) agree to be legally bound by them.

  • Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Site. The aggregate liability is limited to the total amount paid to Company to access the Site within the preceding three months.
